I’m a born and raised Floridian, a mother of three, and a 20-year Army veteran with a background in event planning, photography, videography, and audio/visual production.
I founded Carmen’s Wedding Consulting to bring that same level of structure, organization, and calm to weddings and special events. My goal is simple: to take what can feel overwhelming and turn it into a seamless, well-executed experience.
From our first conversation, I focus on understanding your vision and helping bring it to life with clarity and confidence. I also take pride in building a team that reflects those same values—matching each client with the right coordinator so they feel supported, comfortable, and fully taken care of throughout the process.

Arnela Steinbach
Originally born in Germany with family roots in Bosnia, I spent most of my life growing up in Jacksonville, Florida. My background is rooted in customer service, with extensive experience in the beauty industry, where I worked closely with brides to create looks that made them feel confident and celebrated on their wedding day.
Whether helping a bride choose her makeup or being onsite for hair and makeup services, I’ve always been drawn to the energy and meaning behind weddings. That experience naturally led me into coordination, where I now support couples by bringing a calm, attentive presence and an eye for detail to every event.
My goal is to make your wedding day feel effortless, organized, and truly enjoyable—so you can focus on the moments that matter most.
Lead Planner / Creative Director
Elena Steinbach
I’m a Florida native and have called Tallahassee home since 2018. I graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. in Marketing and currently work full-time as a Marketing Coordinator for a non-profit.
As a full-service planner with Carmen’s Weddings, I bring a creative perspective and strong organizational skills to every event. My background in marketing helps me think through the details, while my love for music and live events—especially playing bass in a rock band—fuels my ability to create weddings that feel personal, intentional, and full of energy.
I’m passionate about helping couples bring their vision to life in a way that feels seamless, meaningful, and uniquely theirs.
